The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff made sure everything was disinfected after every guest. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area and the beach, which had plenty of space and free towels available. The location was great, surrounded by beautiful gardens and palm trees.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of pools to choose from and a beautiful beach with water sports available. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room, although a little dated, was always clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked fridge and a lovely outside lanai. We also loved the convenient location, as the main restaurants in our area were easily accessible.

The hotel was very clean, with staff disinfecting everything after all guests. The beach was stunning and well-maintained, with the personal cleaning it every morning. The variety of food options in the buffets and a la carte restaurants was excellent. The hotel had a convenient transportation system, with shuttles that were timely and took us to different areas of the resort.
For us, the dinner reservation process was frustrating, with long waiting times for drinks and food. Some staff members were not up to par, particularly those lingering in our room for a tip.
