Cleanliness was top-notch, with the room and common areas meticulously maintained. The hotel facilities, including the cool rooftop bar and cozy lounges, were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was bustling, with interesting bars and restaurants tucked away nearby, making it easy to find a delicious meal or grab a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and helpful assistance throughout my stay.

The cozy Standard Queen room was well-designed, fitting in all the necessary amenities in a small space. The furnishings were modern, clean, and stylish, adding to the overall ambiance. The staff was accessible and friendly, always ready to help. The hot water and shower flow were excellent, and the bed linens, towels, robes, and slippers were all comfortable and clean. Additionally, the hotel's location near Madison and Union Square was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and many restaurants and lounges in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to many popular NYC sights such as Times Square, Macy's, and the Empire State Building. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were up to date with features like Bluetooth speakers, USB charging ports, and Chromecast on the TVs. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Javier who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar, 'Broken Shaker', was a highlight of our stay, offering great drinks and a lively atmosphere. we couldn't have asked for a better stay in this city.
