We loved the convenient location of this hotel, close to road 55 with easy access to Chicago's industrial areas. It was also in a nice and convenient location for our convention. We enjoyed that it was still close to several really great restaurants within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming and accommodating when I had to cancel part of my trip. The location was quiet, close to public transit, and within walking distance of local cafes and restaurants. The cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent, and they even provided a complimentary toothbrush. The self-serve garage parking option was a great perk, saving me money compared to valet. It was also conveniently located near the start line of the race, making it easy for me to participate without braving the cold weather outside. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location, although not in the city loop area, was perfect for my business conference at the nearby convention center. Plus, the hotel had convenient transportation options and ample parking for guests. The cafe area was cozy and provided a great spot for me to catch up on work and enjoy a cup of coffee. Additionally, the breakfast served here was absolutely delicious and gave me a perfect start to each day of my stay.

The hotel's location connected to the McCormick Center was incredibly convenient for my stay in this city. The staff at the reception were friendly and provided a free shuttle service for marathon participants like myself, making it easy to get to and from Grant Park. The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for two people with different sleep patterns. The parking option that allowed multiple in and out entries in a day was very convenient, and the attendants were helpful.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
