The 5-star Hyatt Ziva Cancun Hotel is placed in Cancun, not far from Coco Bongo. An outdoor swimming pool as well as Turkish steam bath, a solarium and a Jacuzzi are available for you at this incredible venue, set adjacent to Delphinus Dreams Aquarium.

Staff were very kind, beds were exceptionally comfortable and fantastic breakfasts. Lovely view of gulf. There was a nice restaurant, the markets and shops next door. Enjoyed dining at Restaurante Risotto, set within 5 minutes' walk. Great hotel and excellent service. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was working really flawlessly. Stayed there for trip and had an incredible experience, so I can't wait to come back.
The room was updated, updated, located in the great area. The bed was soft and it was great having complimentary Wi-Fi and balcony. Nice service, happy staff. Had complementary drinks in the main bar. Beachfront location.
It was surely a really nice stay. Exceptional location, wonderful staff, serviceable hotel. There were shops and the markets around the venue. Magnificent view, a big balcony, spacious bed, too. A kind of accommodating service. Besides, I parked on site.
