The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a stunning view of the river Thames from my room. The gym and pool/spa/steam facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of choices. What stood out the most was the staff's exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the nearby tube station. If you're attending an event or concert at the O2, this hotel is perfect!

The cleanliness was impeccable, with beautiful and clean rooms. The breakfast provided was first-class, and the staff were friendly and polite. The location was perfect for attending an event at the nearby o2. the hotel facilities were superb, including a lovely spa and a restaurant with excellent service.

The proximity to the O2 Arena was priceless, with a side exit directly from the arena back into the hotel. The concierge staff were extremely helpful and not at all stuffy. The water shuttles to Tower Bridge and central London were excellent and much more relaxing than the tube. The sky bridge on the 18th floor provided excellent views of the city. The staff were the nicest and most helpful I've encountered in any hotel. The beds were comfy, the pillows were great, and there were fantastic little touches like decent size toiletries, a Tassimo coffee machine, and fully stocked bar. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast had a huge selection and attentive staff.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the river. The staff members were professional and attentive, anticipating our needs. The location was perfect for attending events at the nearby O2 arena, and transportation options were easily accessible. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was top-notch. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
