The Liberty, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the Charles River suite was spacious enough for our needs. We appreciated the thoughtful lighting in the hall and bathroom, as it allowed us to navigate at night without disturbing others. The extra half bathroom was essential, and the empty fridge came in handy for storing medication and specialized food. The staff, especially the front desk person, were friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bathroom had amazing hand wash liquid soap and coco hand cream, which was a lifesaver for my repeated handwashing. The whole suite, including the bathroom and living area, was well-appointed and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The hotel has a unique history as it used to be a prison, but it has been tastefully transformed into a luxury hotel with beautiful architecture. The lobby bar and restaurant are great places to relax. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient as it is close to the MGH medical center and just a short walk from Charles Street Liquor.

Friendly front desk and concierge, convenient location for exploring the city by foot or taxi, fantastic bed and deep soaking tub, great dining experiences with excellent service, friendly and helpful staff.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel - one of the best we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with champagne and friendly staff. The hotel has a fascinating history, having been converted from an old prison. The architecture and design were tastefully done, incorporating the original prison elements without feeling creepy. The lobby bar, Clink, and the restaurant, Alibi, had beautiful spaces, including a beer garden. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to the Charles River, Mass General, and Beacon Hill. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff, especially Aamel Segal, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The front desk folks did what they could and were very kind and professional. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient and close to transportation.
