I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptional and always willing to help solve any problem. The hotel facilities were great, with a spa that had an incredible vibe, pools and jacuzzis of different sizes and shapes, and nightly bonfires. The location was perfect, right on the beach with a stunning view of the ocean. The on-going activities from 9 AM to 4 PM kept me entertained throughout the day. The breakfasts served at the hotel were delicious and the daily nighttime entertainment was diverse and enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional! From maintenance to housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was incredibly friendly and selfless. They were always willing to help solve any problems I had. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a fantastic atmosphere. The pool area and restaurants were enjoyable, and the beach was beautiful. Despite being located a bit far away from everything in this city, the hotel provided transportation options and parking facilities. Cleanliness was also excellent throughout the hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The early morning Cross Fit classes with Francisco on the beach were fantastic! The private beach was lovely, with great sand for the children to build castles. The pools were huge and cool, and the hot tubs were warm. The meals at the restaurants were delicious, with a good choice of options. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. Our apartment was spacious and had a washer and dryer, which fit us and our 5 children comfortably. The weather was great, sunny but breezy and not too hot or humid.
